杀人者, [律]过失杀人者, 非故意杀人者

So that the manslayer who kills a person by mistake and unwittingly may flee there. And they will be to you as a refuge from the avenger of blood. 3使那无意中误杀人的，可以逃到那里。这些城可以作你们逃避报血仇之人的庇护处。

The cities shall be to you as a refuge from the avenger, so that the manslayer will not die until he stands before the congregation for trial. 民35:12这些城、可以作逃避报仇人的城、使误杀人的不至于死、等他站在会众面前听审判。

But after the death of the high priest the manslayer shall return to the land of his possession. 若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净（洁净原文作赎）。

And if the avenger of blood pursues after him, they shall not deliver the manslayer into his hand, for he struck his neighbor unwittingly and had not hated him previously. 5若是报血仇的追了他来，长老们不可将他交在报血仇之人的手中；因为他与别人素无仇恨，是无意中杀了人的。

Then you shall designate for yourselves cities to be your cities of refuge, so that the manslayer who kills any person unintentionally may flee there. 12这些城可以作你们逃避报仇之人的庇护处，使误杀人的不至于死，直等他站在会众面前受审判。
